Golden Savings and Credit Cooperative Ltd (Golden SACCO Ltd) is a legally registered cooperative under Ethiopia’s Federal Cooperative Agency, established in accordance with Cooperative Societies Proclamation No. 985/2009. Golden SACCO provides savings and credit services to its members, promoting financial inclusion and cooperative development in Headquartered in Addis Ababa, within the Bole Sub-City Administration, herein referred to as “Golden SACCO”

Golden SACCO offers a wide range of services and solutions to meet all your financial needs with trust and excellence.
SAVING
A member of Golden SACCO will get 7 % annual savings interest for regular savings, 7.5 % annual savings interest for volunteer savings deposits, and 8% for children’s saving made in her/his account.
All members have the opportunity to participate in training and consultancy programs designed to strengthen their financial knowledge, improve business skills, and enhance personal development.
How to access a Car Loan ?
Members can access up to 6,000,000 ETB loan by saving 50% of the loan amount for 3 months.
The loan period ranges from 5 to 10 years with a 15.5% annual interest rate. Eligibility depends on saving record, repayment capacity, and Golden SACCO’s policy.

To become a member
Requirements to become a member of Golden Savings and Credit Cooperative
- Must not be restricted by law.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must share the same interests, objectives, and goals as other members.
- Must adopt and agree to follow the cooperative’s bylaws, guidelines, and operating rules.
- Must be able to pay the registration fee, purchase at least one share, and make regular savings contributions as stated in the bylaws.
- Must accept and comply with any amended bylaws, guidelines, or regulations that have been posted internally for 15 consecutive days during the amendment period.
